About the CBD DTS Executive Role

Unilever is seeking a CBD DTS Executive to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to customer development, focusing on understanding customer needs, enhancing product accessibility, and driving growth. The position involves building strong business relationships and utilizing data-driven decisions to support commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of customer and channel strategies through data analysis, coordination, and on-ground assistance.
Assist in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer data to inform business decisions.
Support the planning and execution of in-store activities, promotions, and customer initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales, to ensure smooth execution of plans.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and prepare basic reports related to sales and stock performance.
Participate in field visits, store checks, and internal meetings to gain exposure to market dynamics and customer operations.
Support forecasting, planning, and ad-hoc projects related to Customer Development.
Contribute to administrative and coordination tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Development team.
Engage with the KSA Distributor regarding monthly target achievements and customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, customer development, or commercial operations within the FMCG sector.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Level

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. Candidates possessing 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration across various internal departments and with external partners, including the KSA Distributor.
