About the Role

Trafalgar Luxury Group is seeking a Client Advisor Luxury Watches Jewelry and Fashion to join their retail team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to store success within the luxury sector.

Role Overview

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons. This involves understanding customer needs, providing detailed product information, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product information and guidance to customers in stores.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products or services.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Build and maintain a customer database, including follow-up with VIP clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling various payment methods.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
• Stay updated on current promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches to effectively communicate information to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Manage after-sales service processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a client advisory or retail sales role, preferably within luxury goods.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in handling sales transactions and POS systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working as part of a dedicated retail team focused on luxury watches, jewelry, and fashion.
