About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals only and focuses on promoting brand awareness and maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. The role involves direct interaction with guests and potential owners to facilitate sales and ensure a positive Marriott experience.

Key Responsibilities

Promote brand image internally and externally to enhance awareness.
Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while preserving existing guest loyalty.
Identify opportunities to upsell customers and offer enhancements for a better Marriott experience or event.
Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling tours for Marriott vacation club properties.
Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests as a token of appreciation for their patronage (*, rewards points, show tickets).
Answer guest questions regarding property facilities and services.
Receive, record, and accurately relay messages.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet professional standards.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, and expressing genuine appreciation.
Communicate professionally and clearly, preparing accurate written documents and answering telephones appropriately.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience required: 0-1 years.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
Must be a Saudi national.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Jeddah. The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance, and actively contributing to a positive team environment.
