About the Role

Eventsgate is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This part-time role is essential for ensuring positive interactions with visitors and customers, contributing to overall satisfaction within our events and sites.

Key Responsibilities

Interact directly with visitors and customers, addressing inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally.
Distribute customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the collected results to identify areas for improvement.
Provide on-site support and assistance to the public, guiding them within event venues or specific locations.
Monitor recurring issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure their permanent resolution.
Propose recommendations and suggestions aimed at enhancing the overall customer journey.
Ensure adherence to established service quality standards and approved local interaction protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
Organizational skills to manage surveys and follow up on feedback.

Work Environment
