About the Role

Park Hyatt is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of the Finance & Accounting Division, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

Role Overview

The Director of Finance will play a critical role in maintaining Hyatt International's high standards of financial management while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. This position requires a leader who can ensure operational efficiency within the finance division.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient running of the Finance & Accounting Division.
Align divisional operations with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Meet the financial expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Maintain Hyatt International's high standards of Financial Management.
Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all finance and accounting functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a finance and accounting division effectively.
Strong understanding of corporate strategies and brand standards in a global organization.
Proficiency in financial management principles and practices.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.
