About the Role

Americana Foods is seeking an E Commerce Executive to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and expanding online sales channels, ensuring strong relationships with e-commerce partners, and driving digital shelf excellence. The Executive will be responsible for the flawless execution of promotions, product listings, and sales targets in alignment with brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and foster relationships with e-commerce customers, including platforms such as Ninja, HungerStation, Noon, and Amazon.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the implementation of agreed promotional and pricing strategies.
Ensure product assortment is consistently updated and aligned across all platforms, facilitating the timely onboarding of new SKUs and seasonal launches.
Plan and execute online promotions, flash sales, and campaigns in close coordination with marketing and platform teams.
Monitor and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and market share to identify opportunities and propose corrective actions.
Collaborate with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
Proactively follow up on all payment collections, resolve invoice disputes, request payment breakdowns, and ensure balance confirmations are regularly shared with the finance team.
Work with brand and media teams to optimize product listings with appropriate images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the E-commerce Executive role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The position requires an individual capable of managing diverse e-commerce operations, demonstrating strong analytical abilities for performance monitoring, and effective organizational skills for product and campaign management.

Collaboration and Market Insight

The role requires close coordination with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure cohesive operations and budget alignment. The E-commerce Executive will also maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the e-commerce sector to inform strategy.
