About the Role

Basamh Industrial Co. Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Technician to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for maintaining optimal functionality of electrical systems, supporting the company's operations within the market research industry.

Role Contribution

The Electrical Technician will work alongside a team of professionals, contributing to the company's research processes through advanced technology and data analysis. This position offers opportunities for technical skill enhancement and knowledge expansion within a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards, utilizing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes for diagnosis.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and wiring, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and contributing to operational efficiency.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support electrical system designs, providing insights based on practical experience and technical knowledge.
Document all maintenance and repair work in detail, maintaining accurate records for future troubleshooting and compliance audits.
Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of critical electrical systems.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and safety practices.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, conducting assessments and implementing solutions to restore functionality.
Support the procurement process by evaluating and recommending electrical components and tools, ensuring the selection of high-quality materials.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and innovations for increased efficiency in electrical operations.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in an electrical technician role.
Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
