About the Role

TeamViewer is seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join its Solution Sales team in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on establishing new business within the enterprise sector and driving company growth through high-level solution selling. The position is based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive consultative solution selling to win new enterprise accounts and grow existing business, meeting and exceeding revenue and profit targets.
  • Proactively engage customers with a solution-oriented approach, identifying new opportunities by actively listening and articulating the value proposition of TeamViewer solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers, preparing client presentations and conducting effective meetings.
  • Apply tactical and strategic go-to-market models to grow the customer base, driving higher revenues, customer growth, and retention.
  • Promote the TeamViewer/Enterprise brand through participation in industry events.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast processes, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identifying required actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology-related sales, specifically selling software/SaaS, IaaS, or OT Platform products to enterprise customers or large organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective customers and C-level executives.
  • A proven track record of consistently high performance and a strong "hunter" sales mentality.
  • Expertise in using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler (TeamViewer utilizes MEDDPICC).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical understanding, and collaboration abilities.
  • A highly motivated individual with a results-driven and competitive orientation.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • A strong work ethic with a "can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out" attitude.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company and the ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
