About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Estimator to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to assessing and determining the costs associated with repairing damaged vehicles. The Estimator plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial assessments and clear communication throughout the repair process, working with both customers and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of vehicle repairs and address any questions they may have about their vehicle or the repair process.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ascertain their condition and evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of repairs.
• Prepare detailed estimates for repairs, incorporating customer input, including any specific requests or requirements.
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding the repair process, estimated costs, and manage claims processing efficiently.
• Oversee the estimation process, including following up with customers and securing necessary approvals for repair work.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an estimating role, preferably within the automotive repair or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and calculate repair costs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and insurance providers.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed documentation and managing administrative tasks related to claims.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires a consistent presence to manage daily estimation and communication tasks effectively within the company's operational framework.
