The F&B Service Expert Role

We are seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is crucial for delivering outstanding dining experiences, where proactive service ensures guests thoroughly enjoy their meals. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in the food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

The F&B Service Expert will perform a range of duties to support seamless service delivery, including:

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and attentive manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Processing transactions accurately and ensuring they contribute positively to the guest experience.

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, particularly when managing menus.
• Engaging in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Performing movements that involve reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications
