About the Role

Aroma City Group, a leading large manufacturing company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and analytical Financial Analyst. This full-time position is designed to support business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to informed financial decision-making within the organization. The role operates under the guidance of the FP&A Lead, focusing on the financial performance of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports specifically for manufacturing operations.
• Assist the FP&A Head in the development of integrated financial models, annual operational budgets, and rolling forecasts.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, comparing actual results against budget and forecast, with a focus on direct manufacturing costs, raw materials, labor, and overheads.
• Design, automate, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and complex Excel models to effectively track key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, assess Return on Investment (ROI), and monitor inventory movement and valuation across factory operations.
• Identify cost-driver trends, operational bottlenecks, and potential financial risks to propose actionable strategies for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with plant management, supply chain, and procurement teams to validate financial data and provide support for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline. Progress towards CMA/CFA certification is considered a plus.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
• Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong mastery of financial analysis principles and methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English is required for this role. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Financial Analyst will work collaboratively with various departmental teams to achieve financial objectives.
