FM Inspection Senior Officer

About the Role

Jeddah Airports | مطارات جدة is seeking a FM Inspection Senior Officer to manage and oversee facilities management inspection activities. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The officer will ensure that all facilities are maintained and operated efficiently, adhering to established standards and procedures.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure compliance with facility management standards and regulations through systematic inspections. The FM Inspection Senior Officer will be instrumental in identifying maintenance needs and coordinating timely resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess their condition, identify maintenance requirements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive inspection schedules to ensure all facilities are thoroughly inspected in a timely manner.
• Identify and report any issues or maintenance needs to the relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule necessary repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Maintain detailed records of all inspection findings and report on performance metrics to management.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and regulations pertinent to facility maintenance and inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in facilities management inspection or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage inspection activities effectively.
• Proficiency in assessing facility conditions and identifying maintenance requirements.

Work Environment
