FP&A Analyst

About the Role

Alesayi Holding is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join a facility management and manpower services company based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting financial planning and performance analysis across facility management and manpower operations, providing critical insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Analyze actual financial results against established budgets and provide explanations for key variances.
• Monitor project revenue, workforce costs, operating expenses, and overall profitability.
• Develop financial dashboards and deliver insights to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• SOCPA certification is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, specifically within a facility management or manpower services company.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated analytical ability.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Work Location
