Role Overview

Rayash Real Estate is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our beverage operations in Jeddah. This full-time role is designed for a professional with strong expertise in specialty coffee, signature iced beverages, and team leadership, committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience through beverage innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily barista operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare and maintain premium-quality coffee and a range of specialty beverages.
• Develop and create unique Iced Tea and signature beverage recipes, introducing innovative concepts.
• Ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and overall quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate barista team members to foster skill development and high performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the beverage preparation areas.
• Manage inventory, ordering processes, and stock control for all beverage-related supplies.
• Introduce seasonal drinks and innovative beverage concepts to enhance the customer offering.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professionally handle customer feedback.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a barista role, with at least 4 years as a Barista and preferred experience in a leadership or Head Barista position.
• Strong expertise in specialty coffee preparation, various brewing methods, latte art, and espresso calibration.
• Proven experience in creating and developing premium Iced Tea flavors and signature cold beverages.
• Knowledge of beverage costing, inventory management, and quality control procedures.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations and customer interactions.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
