About the Role

KPMG Middle East is seeking a HR Operations Assistant Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing critical operational processes related to employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining accurate data across governmental platforms. The position requires 6-9 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The HR Operations Assistant Manager serves as a key liaison between employees, internal teams, and local authorities. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of HR and operational functions by overseeing employee transitions, managing legal documentation, and maintaining data integrity across various systems and governmental portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
  • Administer employment contracts and legal documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and profiles within SuccessFactors and other relevant systems.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, updates, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate offboarding requirements, including final clearance procedures and related employee documentation.
  • Update and maintain employee and company data on Saudi governmental platforms such as Qiwa and other relevant portals.
  • Act as a liaison with Saudi governmental authorities to ensure compliance with labor laws and contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and ensure alignment.
  • Provide consultative input to stakeholders to optimize functional practices and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report operational updates and observations to senior management regularly.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of best practices to improve efficiency across all operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience managing local compliance activities.
  • Proven experience working with Saudi governmental platforms, including Qiwa and GOSI.
