The Role of HR Operation Supervisor

Waad Education is seeking an experienced HR Operation Supervisor to manage the daily human resources operations within its school environment. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and involves overseeing critical HR functions to ensure smooth and compliant operations, directly contributing to the supportive atmosphere for our educational community.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies.
Deliver efficient and effective HR services to all employees.
Manage all processes related to the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Supervise various HR administrative functions, maintaining accuracy and organization.
Support the school's mission by upholding high standards in HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in human resources operations, preferably within an educational setting. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of HR best practices and operational management.

Work Setting

This is a full-time role located in Jeddah, Makkah Province, within the dynamic environment of Waad Education's schools.
