About JHC and the Role

JHC is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our users. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a salary range of SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500.

Role Summary

The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving IT support tickets, administering user accounts, providing comprehensive email support, and ensuring website security. This position also involves supporting the Odoo ERP system, coordinating with external vendors, and maintaining overall office network stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and efficiently resolve IT support tickets.
• Handle user account administration, including password resets, access permissions, and profile updates.
• Provide email support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 configuration and delivery issues.
• Monitor and address website security alerts across platforms such as GoDaddy, 101domain, and Turbify.
• Support the Odoo ERP system, encompassing user troubleshooting and basic configuration tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors and hosting providers for escalated technical issues.
• Maintain office network stability and ensure consistent connectivity.
• Assist with hardware and software setup for new and existing employees.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
