Key Account Manager I EXA Ceramics

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Key Account Manager I EXA Ceramics to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on managing key customer relationships within the Project Sales Department to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage key customer accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with important clients, and ensure their needs and requirements are met according to company policies and quality standards. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales plans and targets within the Project Sales Department.

Key Accountabilities

• Client engagement and relationship building.
• Data management and reporting.
• Management reporting.
• Sales support and coordination.
• Business planning and performance.
• Organizational development and business process improvements.
• Ensuring quality standards, which is considered alfanar’s prime competitive advantage.
• Adapting to new techniques, technologies, management structures, and business models.
• Ensuring a safe, secure, and legal work environment in accordance with standard regulations.

Core Duties

• Provide solutions and answers to all requirements and queries from key customers to maintain strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage with potential clients and promote new company products.
• Offer product suggestions and alternatives to customers during product selection, if needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to upload relevant data onto the C4C (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Capability to submit samples and necessary documents to clients and follow up for approval.
