Role Overview

Stranger Soccer is expanding its operations and is seeking a License Owner & Operator to launch and manage the company's presence in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This is a full-time, entrepreneurial opportunity for an individual to build and operate a local football community, rather than a salaried management position. The role involves establishing and growing Stranger Soccer's brand and operations within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand in Jeddah.
• Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2–3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure appropriate football venues and ensure regular playing opportunities.
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition through digital and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a high-quality player experience.
• Collaborate with Stranger Soccer HQ, leveraging established operations and technology teams.

• Demonstrated passion for football and established connections within the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
