ZAGHAMI is a distribution and manufacturing group serving the oil and gas, energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UAE. In Saudi Arabia, the company represents over 14 international principals across two divisions: mechanical (passive fire protection, structural fixing and supports, raised access flooring) and electrical (cable management, earthing and lightning protection, cable connections, enclosures, and electrical systems and lighting). ZAGHAMI supplies EPC contractors, oil and gas and industrial end-users, and Vision 2030 giga-projects.

The Role of Country Head

ZAGHAMI is appointing a Country Head to lead and expand its business operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, full P&L role, reporting directly to the Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving an ambitious growth mandate for 2027, building upon an established platform that includes a qualified project pipeline, approved-maker positions on major Kingdom projects, and long-standing principal relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full P&L for Saudi Arabia, including revenue, gross margin, cost base, and profit.
• Leading a sales organization of approximately ten individuals across Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
• Overseeing the specification agenda, engaging with consultants, PMCs, and EPCs to achieve approved-maker status.
• Cultivating senior relationships with international principals.
• Developing key accounts and diversifying the customer base.
• Managing working capital, including collections, inventory, and stock-to-order conversion.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing P&L, revenue, gross margin, and leading sales teams.
• Proven ability to manage principal relationships and drive business growth.
