About the Role

flyadeal is seeking a skilled Line Maintenance Mechanic to join its operations team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves performing essential aircraft maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure the continued airworthiness and operational readiness of the fleet.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare Borescope Inspection (BSI) and compressor wash equipment at the designated site.
• Execute borescope and engine wash tasks in strict accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM).
• Evaluate and assess any damage identified during BSI, ensuring compliance with AMM standards.
• Monitor and provide oversight for engine runs conducted post-compressor wash procedures.
• Release aircraft upon the successful and complete accomplishment of all assigned tasks.

Specialized Maintenance Tasks

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all Thales Systems.
• Implement necessary system modifications on all Thales Systems as required.

Documentation and Equipment Care

• Generate comprehensive reports detailing BSI findings and the overall condition of the engine.
• Ensure the diligent upkeep and maintenance of all BSI and engine wash equipment.
• Report any defects or malfunctions observed in equipment promptly.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in aircraft line maintenance. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role within the aviation industry is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this position.
