Marketing Executive

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue and enhance guest experiences. The role involves analyzing market trends, building customer relationships, and supporting local marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities.
• Grow customer accounts by building relationships with existing clients and traveling locally to expand market share for the hotel/cluster.
• Negotiate and finalize group and corporate bookings, including rates and contracts, in alignment with pricing strategies.
• Support business growth through the development and implementation of creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to develop guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide timely updates to Sales leadership.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to support conversion and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in developing and executing local marketing strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organizational skills to maintain detailed sales records and provide updates.
