About the Media Production Specialist Role

Leylaty Group, a hospitality organization based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Media Production Specialist. This full-time role focuses on photography and videography within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, aiming to visually represent the company's offerings and events.

Role Overview and Brand Representation

The Media Production Specialist is responsible for capturing the visual essence of Leylaty Group's experiences, from culinary presentations to significant events. This position plays a key role in bringing the brand to life through compelling photography and visual storytelling, ensuring all visual content reflects the sophistication and quality associated with the Leylaty name.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Food Photography to capture high-quality, visually compelling images of menu items, including plated dishes, beverages, and desserts, for use across marketing materials, social media, and digital platforms.
• Perform Event Photography for key event set-ups such as banquets, weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions, highlighting atmosphere, décor, and food. Provide live coverage of select events for real-time social media content and promotional use.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on Content Creation and Management, producing and maintaining a curated library of professional images and videos for social media, websites, brochures, and campaigns. Organize and manage the media archive to ensure all content is easily accessible and properly categorized.
• Execute Editing and Post-Production tasks, retouching photos and videos to meet Leylaty's brand standards, ensuring consistency in tone, colour, and visual quality.
• Ensure Brand Consistency across all media output, maintaining a cohesive visual identity that aligns with Leylaty's refined and luxurious brand aesthetic.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in media production, specifically in photography and videography, ideally within the F&B or hospitality industry.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated expertise and a keen eye for composition and lighting techniques.
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate brand identity into visual narratives.
• Proficiency in editing and post-production software relevant to photography and videography.
• Ability to maintain visual consistency and adherence to brand standards across diverse media outputs.
