About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Mobilization Manager to lead end-to-end mobilization and transition activities for new contracts. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Mobilization Manager is responsible for ensuring operational readiness, efficient resource deployment, and effective stakeholder coordination. The primary objective is to facilitate the successful commencement of services in strict accordance with contractual requirements for all new engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of end-to-end mobilization activities for new contracts.
• Oversee transition processes to ensure seamless integration and operational continuity.
• Ensure complete operational readiness prior to service commencement.
• Coordinate the effective deployment of resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Manage and facilitate coordination among all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all mobilization and transition activities comply with contractual requirements.
• Drive the successful commencement of services for new contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mobilization and transition management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Strong understanding of contractual compliance and operational requirements.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on the successful initiation of new contracts for SSCL.
