About the Role

Alraee Group is seeking an Office Hospitality & Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and ensuring smooth operations for meetings and internal events. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide professional hospitality services.
• Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings and visits.
• Set up meeting rooms, including arranging seating, necessary materials, and refreshments.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings and internal company events.
• Ensure that meeting rooms and reception areas are consistently presentable and prepared for use.
• Monitor and manage hospitality supplies, initiating replenishment requests as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A professional, polite, and well-presented demeanor.
• Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, supporting the daily operations of the office and ensuring a positive experience for all guests and staff.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from SAR 1,875 to SAR 3,750, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
