PlaceUp is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring efficiency across key business functions.

Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining efficient inventory management, ensuring accurate operational reporting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage strong organizational skills, experience in supervising teams, and the ability to analyze operational data to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance dashboards.
• Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in an operations supervision role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control.
• Experience preparing operational reports and analyzing KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
