About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical direction and system design. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project activities, managing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team to define technical direction and system design for products and supporting systems.
Create, manage, and track project documentation, including schedules, detailed plans, scope statements, resource plans, risk and issues logs, and status reports.
Tailor project management and support processes to meet specific project needs.
Oversee day-to-day project activities and staff, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project deliverables and manage expectations.
Make decisions regarding trade-offs and risks, driving key decisions across projects.
Provide recommendations on schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation based on team input.
Report ongoing project plans and status to account managers, clients, and management.
Contribute to strategic planning and asset creation processes.
Manage resource planning and assess organizational capacity.
Coach and train team members on software development and implementation best practices.
Participate in the design and coding of products as needed.

Candidate Profile and Skills

Gather and analyze client feedback on product utilization, addressing emotional topics and analyzing information effectively.
Pursue ongoing training and development, maintaining knowledge of HIS applications and enhancing computer skills.
Foster positive client relations to ensure business profitability and address difficult customer situations with professionalism.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management. The role requires a strong understanding of software development and implementation best practices, along with the ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare environment focused on patient-centered care.
