The Role of Sales Assistant

SQUATWOLF is seeking a Sales Assistant to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting in-store operations, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers within the store environment.
• Provide customers with detailed product knowledge and styling recommendations.
• Contribute to achieving store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the improvement of sales performance and customer experience.
• Assist with stock organization and replenishment tasks.
• Positively represent the SQUATWOLF brand and its culture.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a sales or retail assistant role.
