About the Role

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Project Sales to join their team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on providing essential administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team through inter-department coordination and daily sales transactions. Your contributions will help meet customer needs and ensure the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position reports directly to the Area Sales Manager - Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support for daily Project & Retail sales activities, including handling paperwork, proposals, quotations, tenders, bids, and other ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales operations.
• Support sales staff by following up on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) collection to maintain Jotun’s liquidity.
• Coordinate communication and disseminate relevant information between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders.
• Effectively convey external inquiries and information received.
• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding price variations, customer inquiries, and assist in updating system prices.

• Ability to provide administrative and sales support effectively.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing team and other internal departments to achieve departmental objectives.
