The Sales Engineer Role

DCP is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the Makkah region. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on promoting and selling DCP’s innovative construction products. The role involves providing essential technical support to clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing directly to sales targets through client engagement and product presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and assist customers with product information and solutions.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on price quotations and commercial offers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage payment follow-up and support the collection process.
• Conduct customer visits and support the sales team in promoting company products.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, offers, and project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales engineering capacity, ideally within the construction materials industry. The ability to engage effectively with clients, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with internal teams is essential.

Work Location

This full-time position is based on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, serving clients across the Makkah region. The role requires regular engagement with clients and internal teams within this geographical area.
