About the Role

Nestlé is seeking a Sales Representative MT for a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering cities such as Jeddah and Makkah. This role is focused on achieving sales targets within Modern Trade (MT) accounts by ensuring excellent execution of product availability, visibility, pricing, and promotions, while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full product availability, including new product launches (NPL), across all assigned Modern Trade accounts.
  • Prevent out-of-stock situations through effective replenishment and order management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value, and distribution.
  • Execute in-store activities, promotions, planograms, and visibility executions as per commercial guidelines.
  • Collect and manage purchase orders, following up to ensure timely and accurate upload to the SAP system.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and product launches.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated customer database and sales documentation.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports (sales vs. targets, KPIs, market feedback).
  • Identify business growth opportunities within assigned Modern Trade accounts.
  • Drive on-time payment collection following approved credit terms.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, standards, and trade agreements.
  • Uphold the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and ethical business practices during all field operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within Modern Trade.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
  • Understanding of in-store execution, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
