About the Role

Rawaj-HCM is recruiting for a Sales Specialist FMCG Distribution to join the team of a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Sales Specialist will serve as the primary representative for the client's brand, engaging directly with retailers, department stores, and wholesale customers. The core objective of this role is to expand the client's market share, enhance product visibility within assigned territories, and consistently achieve established sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily route plans effectively to visit existing and potential retail, wholesale, and traditional trade outlets.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume, value, and distribution targets.
Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
Ensure products are fully stocked, prominently displayed, and priced correctly at the point of sale, adhering to company guidelines.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, and market trends, providing feedback to management.
Oversee the collection of payments, manage credit limits effectively, and ensure accurate invoicing for all transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG distribution sector. The position requires an individual with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives and building strong client relationships.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Jeddah and Makkah regions of Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field visits to various retail and wholesale outlets within the assigned territories.
