About Nice One

Nice One is seeking a Salesperson to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated and customer-focused.

Role Overview

The Salesperson will engage directly with customers in-store, driving sales of the company's product range. This role involves maintaining merchandising standards and contributing to the achievement of branch sales targets. It requires strong interpersonal skills, product awareness, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Proactively promote products and current promotions, meet individual and store sales targets, and close sales using effective questioning and upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to advise customers confidently.
• Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members.
• Adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to protect assets and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting and moving stock as required, and performing routine store tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
