About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah. This role is responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets, and responding to incidents according to established procedures. The Security Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining a secure environment within the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the arrival and departure of individuals and vehicles, tracking their entry and exit.
Oversee alarms and surveillance camera systems.
Provide first aid when necessary.
Request assistance from relevant authorities immediately upon activation of sirens.
Handle theft cases in accordance with company policy, procedures, and regulations.
Explain emergency procedures comprehensively to security personnel.
Ensure adherence to procedures for handling security seals before drivers are dispatched to stores.
Verify adherence to procedures for handling security seals upon drivers' arrival from deliveries.
Manage the handling and weighing of scrap materials for sale from stores.
Input accident details into GOSI platforms.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Ability to effectively manage and resolve theft cases.
Proficiency in explaining emergency protocols to security staff.
Knowledge of investigation techniques for theft incidents.
Familiarity with contact numbers for police and fire departments for emergency situations.

Work Environment

This is an Employee position based in Jeddah, focusing on maintaining security standards within a retail and logistics environment. The role requires active monitoring and immediate response to security-related incidents.
