Senior Contracts Management Engineer

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Management Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on supporting the comprehensive management of contracts throughout their lifecycle within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and project management, to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management to continuously improve processes and systems.
• Inform themselves of relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International, ensuring continued compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex contract lifecycles.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing contract terms and identifying risks.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within Hill International, Inc. The role is based in the Makkah region, with primary work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders.
