Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team. The company focuses on connecting people, systems, and cities by delivering projects that shape resilient, future-ready infrastructure. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations also in Jeddah.

Role Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead all cost and commercial management activities for projects from inception to completion. This includes ensuring accurate budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. The role primarily focuses on managing tender processes and post-contract quantity surveying functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and price work using contract drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities.
• Manage all post-contract quantity surveying functions, including interim and final payments, variations, commercial and contractual correspondence, cash flows, and claims.
• Provide advice on contractual matters and ensure the completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
• Advise on contractor's resource allocation and audit payments to contractors.
• Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of valuations, and check and record measures of work done.
• Prepare variations and day-works, and monitor contracts' final cost estimates.
• Maintain expenditure records and review, negotiate, and prepare claim settlements.
• Coordinate and monitor the activities of the quantity surveying team.
• Prepare financial statements for monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as appropriate to the position.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cost and commercial management activities on projects.
• Proficiency in managing tender processes and post-contract functions.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with project involvement potentially extending to Jeddah.
