Abyatona Contracting & Development is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

Role Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents. This role involves reviewing tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare tender pricing, cost breakdowns, and commercial comparisons.
• Identify discrepancies, exclusions, risks, and potential cost impacts within tender documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial, and project teams during the estimation process.
• Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies and tender submissions.
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
• Support post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, and tender documentation.
