The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager to join its operations in Jeddah. This full-time role is part of a dynamic multinational team, supporting the group's growth plans through an aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager is responsible for initiating, identifying, managing, and following up on continuous improvement initiatives. These initiatives are triggered by customer complaints, non-compliances, delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits. The role requires a proactive approach to operations to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate continuous improvement processes based on operational feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement stemming from customer complaints and non-compliances.
• Manage follow-up actions for issues related to delivery non-compliances, rejects, and dumps.
• Address findings from hygiene audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Implement a proactive approach to operational improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in addressing and resolving operational non-compliances and customer feedback.
