Site Acquisition Senior Specialist

About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Site Acquisition Senior Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This is a full-time employee position focused on managing the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of new sites to support the company's expansion strategy. The role ensures the delivery of commercially viable locations in a timely manner.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the entire site acquisition process, from initial scouting to final delivery. This involves strategic planning and execution to secure optimal locations that align with the company's growth objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities derived from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.
• Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document the location, environment, and accessibility.
• Provide preliminary site and contact reports to the Acquisition Managers for further commercial evaluation.
• Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to expand sourcing channels.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in site acquisition or a related field. The position requires a professional who can manage complex negotiations and contribute to strategic expansion efforts.
