SMAX Power BI Developer

About the Role

Pyramid Consulting is seeking a SMAX Power BI Developer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on integrating SMAX data sources with Power BI and developing interactive dashboards to support ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate SMAX data sources, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, Assets, CMDB, and Availability, with Power BI.
• Design and configure data models to meet reporting and analytics requirements.

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for core ITSM processes, covering:

  • Incident Management metrics (*, volume, SLA compliance, resolution trends).
  • Problem Management trends (*, recurring issues, root cause analysis).
  • Change Management reporting (*, change success rate, approvals, backlogs).
  • Service Request fulfillment and SLA tracking.
  • Asset and configuration visibility (where applicable).
  • Availability and continuity metrics.
• Configure filters, drill-downs, and interactive visualizations tailored for different user roles such as IT managers, service desk personnel, and executives.
• Set up scheduled data refreshes and automate report distribution.
• Configure role-based access controls for dashboards and reports to ensure secure data visibility.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and production go-live activities.
• Create documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer for dashboard usage, maintenance, and reporting best practices.

Experience Required

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Power BI development and data integration.
