The Role of Community Manager

The Social Media Community Manager will act as the voice of our clients' brands, responsible for cultivating engaged and sustainable digital communities. This position requires a highly organized and professional individual capable of implementing a structured and disciplined workflow for both daily operations and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clients' social media profiles comprehensively, including content scheduling, utilizing smart inbox features, and publishing posts.
• Develop and maintain clear community management workflows and response guidelines to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze performance data from social media activities and generate comprehensive performance reports.
• Monitor online trends, conversations, and brand mentions through social listening techniques.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in community management or a related social media role. Essential skills include strong organizational capabilities, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple client profiles and campaigns with precision. Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics, and paid advertising strategies is required.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, requiring a dedicated presence to manage client accounts and campaigns effectively within a creative agency setting.

Compensation

The salary for the Social Media Community Manager position ranges from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500.
