The Spa Therapist plays a direct role in creating memorable experiences for guests through the provision of spa services. This position requires individuals who take initiative and are committed to upholding quality standards and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments.
• Provide information and answers regarding services offered.
• Check in guests efficiently.
• Process payments, integrating transactions smoothly into the overall guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Physical Demands

This role requires physical activity, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Managing reservation software, which involves reading and visually verifying information.
• Engaging in hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
