About the Role

شركة خبراء الغذاء is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in Jeddah. This full-time position involves leading a team, monitoring sales, and managing inventory to ensure efficient store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Leading and motivating the store team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Managing employee schedules and ensuring adequate staffing.
• Managing inventory levels and overseeing stock control.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in store management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations and lead a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and inventory management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing store activities and fostering a productive team environment.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
