Role Overview

SJ Group is seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Project Controls to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and performance reporting for major infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, cost engineering, risk management, and progress monitoring.
Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor project costs, quantities, schedule performance, and delivery progress.
Prepare and analyze project performance reports, dashboards, and management information.
Develop integrated schedules identifying interdependencies between projects and programs.
Support the preparation and review of project implementation and management plans.
Utilize Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software to monitor and control project performance.
Identify schedule and cost risks and provide technical analysis to support corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls.
Demonstrated ability to lead project controls activities for major infrastructure programs.
Proficiency in using Primavera P6 for schedule development and maintenance.
Experience with Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
