BioLife Clinics is offering a six-month internship opportunity for a Technology Sales & Technical Support Trainee in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is part of the Tamheer Program and is designed for motivated graduates seeking practical experience in technology sales and customer support. The program offers the potential for full-time employment based on performance, qualifications, and business needs upon completion.

Role Overview

The Technology Sales & Technical Support Trainee will be involved in promoting and selling technology products and digital solutions, alongside providing essential technical assistance to customers. This position requires interaction with clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions, contributing to both sales and service improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell technology products, services, and digital solutions.
• Provide technical support and assist customers in resolving technical issues.
• Communicate with clients, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals and product presentations.
• Follow up with customers and build professional relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to improve technical services and customer experience.

Compensation

This internship provides a stipend from the Tamheer Program, supplemented by an additional SAR 1,000 monthly incentive provided by BioLife Clinics.
