About Govyy and the Role

Govyy is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the company's efforts in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The role focuses on developing and executing trade-level marketing strategies that are crucial for driving sales, enhancing product visibility, and optimizing distribution across various retail channels.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Trade Marketing Specialist will play a key role in bridging the gap between sales and marketing, ensuring that Govyy's products achieve maximum impact at the point of sale. This involves a strategic approach to market presence, aiming to strengthen brand positioning and achieve sales targets through effective retail activation and channel management within the dynamic FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans, including promotions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and merchandising strategies.
Ensure effective in-store execution and drive retail activation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to achieve targets for key retail accounts.
Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns.
Manage trade marketing budgets and foster strong relationships with suppliers and retailers.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0 to 1 year of professional experience, preferably in trade marketing or the FMCG sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with internal sales teams and external partners across various retail channels to achieve strategic objectives.
