About the Role

SADAFCO is seeking a Warehouse Operative - SC to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods to customers, maintaining the condition of orders and upholding a safe working environment in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from Ambient, Frozen, and Chilled Chambers, preparing them for shipment.
• Transport picked orders to loading areas or delivery platforms using material handling equipment or forklifts, ensuring accuracy in quantities and dates.
• Execute van stock rotation in all sales vehicles during loading operations.
• Conduct van stock counts as required.
• Repackage orders or deliveries as necessary.
• Report any quality or quantity variances identified during operations.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage to minimize market returns.
• Operate forklifts for order picking and other warehouse tasks.
• Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Maintain forklifts in good working condition and report any defects to the Supervisor.
• Scan or manually enter stock into the system for all inbound goods and goods leaving storage.
• Issue gate passes and return receipts for Store Keeper checks.
• Conduct physical inventory counts in all temperature chambers as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area according to company standards.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
• Conduct all operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Provide additional assistance and perform other tasks as requested by the Supervisor to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment. Proficiency in operating forklifts and material handling equipment is essential. A commitment to maintaining safety and operational standards is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role involves working within various temperature-controlled chambers (Ambient, Frozen, Chilled) and requires adherence to strict operational excellence standards.
