About the Role

Lumi is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Agent to join our team in Abhā, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our warehouse operations, focusing on the accurate handling and tracking of merchandise. We are looking for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to operational excellence.

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Agent is responsible for the critical functions of receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, as well as maintaining precise inventory records. This role requires strong collaboration with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operational workflows and uphold stringent quality control standards across all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments, including welcoming delivery trucks and utilizing appropriate tools and systems.
• Unload and meticulously inspect incoming goods to verify alignment with corresponding orders and specifications.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all supplies are consistently organized within the warehouse.
• Accurately enter and update inventory data using designated inventory and record-keeping software systems.
• Store items in their correct designated locations, contributing to a tidy, organized, and easily navigable warehouse environment.
• Handle all merchandise with utmost care to prevent damage and preserve product quality.
• Pack and prepare supplies for other internal teams, ensuring readiness for distribution and use when needed.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to facilitate efficient inventory movement and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to streamline operational processes and uphold quality assurance for goods.
• Utilize proper documentation for monitoring on-hand inventory levels and supporting effective time management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations, including lifting and moving merchandise.
