About Nahdi Medical Co. and the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker Order Picker to join our team. This full-time position is based in Makkah or Jeddah and involves critical tasks within our warehouse operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to accurately pick and prepare items according to order specifications. This involves ensuring the correct quantity, price, and condition of products, and placing them into the appropriate containers for dispatch, contributing directly to the efficiency of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick required SKUs and quantities from designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure all picking activities comply with established quality assurance (QA) rules.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during the picking process.
• Verify that no expired or near-expiry products are picked for orders.
• Arrange items efficiently within totes or containers to maximize utilization.
• Report any empty picking locations to the replenishment superior immediately.
• Maintain high picking accuracy, which is a key factor in performance evaluation.
• Ensure products are properly arranged inside totes, cartons, or lift units for easier receiving at pharmacies.
• Verify that all totes and cartons have the correct printed labels applied.
• Achieve daily productivity targets as set by management.
• Organize and submit all trolleys or pallets to the handover area upon completion of the picking process.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Work Environment

This role operates entirely indoors (100%) within the warehouse facility. The work schedule consists of 6 working days per week, with one day off. Daily working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Adherence to Standards

The Warehouse Worker Order Picker is expected to consistently apply approved and trained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various picking types and applications, as well as any other instructions from direct superiors. This includes maintaining the housekeeping of the warehouse and adhering to all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment and protect company property.
