Join Raffles Hotels & Resorts as an Executive Chef
Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea is set to become a unique nature-focused resort offering 361 luxurious rooms and eleven distinct dining options, including stunning overwater restaurants. As the Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates in accordance with our high standards and local regulations.

As the Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates in accordance with our high standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update the departmental SOP Manual to ensure efficient kitchen operation.
- Collaborate with the senior culinary team to create innovative menus and assess product viability.
- Supervise and maintain high-quality operations across all kitchen areas.
- Oversee food promotion planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor food quality across all outlets and banquet services.
- Complete all departmental reports and correspondence timely and accurately.
- Engage with community representatives and potential guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Pre-opening experience and international exposure preferred.
- Proven capacity to take charge of projects with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional social skills to build strong customer relations.
- Experience in high-volume settings, outdoor catering, and night life management.
